Ensuredit appoints new CTO to lead technology strategy and global expansion

Insurtech company Ensuredit Technologies has appointed Srinivas Kotta as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Kotta, a software industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, will be responsible for advancing Ensuredit’s technology strategy, driving innovation, and strengthening its engineering operations.

Kotta has worked across deep technology areas, including Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven systems, cloud-native architecture, distributed computing, microservices, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms. His appointment comes at a time when Ensuredit is expanding its operations beyond India into regions such as the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia.

Amit Boni, Founder and Chief Executive of Ensuredit Technologies, said that the insurance sector is evolving from traditional protection models to more predictive, personalised, and digitally integrated solutions. He expressed confidence that Kotta’s leadership would help Ensuredit build intelligent, modular infrastructure that supports real-time, intuitive insurance services across global markets.

Prior to joining Ensuredit, Kotta held senior positions at Adobe, Microsoft, IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Motorola. He has also mentored several early-stage startups. His academic background includes an MS by Research and a B.Tech in Computer Science, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Speaking on his new role, Kotta said that technology was redefining the insurance industry and that Ensuredit was at the forefront of this change. He emphasised the company’s focus on building a modular, AI-driven infrastructure that could deliver real-time, personalised protection embedded seamlessly into everyday life.

Ensuredit currently supports more than 300 partners and over 40 insurers through its digital insurance distribution platform in India.
