Aurionpro’s subsidiary AryaXAI sets up AI labs in Paris and Mumbai

AryaXAI, the research and development arm of Arya.ai – which was acquired by Aurionpro last year – has launched the AryaXAI AI Alignment Lab in Paris and Mumbai to advance research in explainable AI, the company said in an exchange filing on Thursday.
This initiative aims to unite global talent and research institutions to solve key enterprise AI challenges. Launched in December last year following Aurionpro's April 2024 acquisition of Arya.ai, AryaXAI offers an enterprise-grade AI inferencing platform focused on interpretability, observability, risk management, and alignment for mission-critical AI solutions.
The new labs will focus on developing scalable frameworks for AI explainability, alignment, and risk management to ensure AI models are precise, transparent, and responsible. “AI Interpretability and Alignment are some of the most complex challenges in scaling AI for mission-critical use cases," Vinay Kumar, CEO of Arya.ai said in a statement. "Solving these means improved visibility inside the models and scalable model alignment techniques."

Kumar further informed that specialist teams are working on this front. “We wanted to expand our focus through a centralized approach that engages with global talent and academia,” he said adding that the Paris was selected due to its strong AI community and academic ecosystem, while the Mumbai lab will leverage top Indian AI researchers and engage with universities.
On April 11, Aurionpro announced the acquisition of Hyderabad-based Fintra Software Private Limited in a strategic move to strengthen its next-generation trade finance solutions for global banks.
The deal involves a complete 100 percent acquisition of Fintra, including all intellectual property rights and associated resources. According to Aurionpro, this acquisition will deliver a fully integrated, front-to-back platform for trade and cash management—further consolidating its position in the transaction banking domain.
