Experian, a global data and technology company, has expanded its Global Innovation Centre (GIC) in Hyderabad, increasing its capacity to support global technology development. The new 85,000 sq. ft. facility more than doubles the previous office space, strengthening the company’s presence in India. 

The GIC focuses on technology development in areas such as fintech, analytics, decisioning, identity management, and fraud prevention. It plays a key role in Experian’s global operations by supporting product development and enhancing service delivery. The centre is also involved in cloud migration, data platform standardisation, process automation, and operational improvements. 

The GIC operates on a global delivery model, providing continuous service and integrating emerging technologies such as Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and Site Reliability Engineering. The expansion also creates additional career opportunities, contributing to the local technology workforce.

The Hyderabad centre plays a critical role in Experian’s technology strategy by enhancing speed, accuracy, and scalability in its operations. The company aims to continue strengthening its capabilities to drive global innovation and efficiency.
