CelcomDigi, the Malaysian telecommunications company, has partnered with Pininfarina, an Italian design firm known for its work in automotive and industrial design and Tech Mahindra to redesign the interior of its retail stores. The collaboration aims to create a standardised in-store experience across all CelcomDigi outlets, incorporating new technology and customer-focused design elements.

Pininfarina has developed a store concept featuring modular zones that highlight the latest in technology and connectivity. These zones display 5G and AI devices, smart home products, and gaming solutions. The design supports CelcomDigi staff, known as CD Champions, in providing personalised service tailored to customer needs.

Tech Mahindra, a long-time partner of CelcomDigi, has contributed to the implementation of digital solutions, including cloud-based systems, to support the retail transformation. The redesigned stores focus on a seamless and engaging customer journey, integrating physical and digital experiences, it said.
