ClickPost, a logistics intelligence platform, has launched Parth, an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered voice agent designed to improve the resolution of failed deliveries. Parth replaces traditional manual calls with automated voice interactions, helping e-commerce and retail businesses recover more orders and reduce Return to Origin (RTO) rates. 

Parth also provides businesses with insights into the reasons behind failed deliveries. By analysing these patterns, companies can optimise carrier selection, improve reattempt strategies, and enhance overall logistics planning. The system records, summarises, and analyses each interaction to give businesses a better understanding of customer behavior. With smart noise cancellation, it ensures clear communication even in noisy environments. 

The AI voice agent, is available for early access, allowing businesses to test its AI-powered NDR resolution in two languages. It can be integrated into logistics workflows, making it suitable for businesses managing shipments at various scales.
