
Deloitte partners with CleverTap for customer engagement solutions


Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India (Deloitte) has partnered with US-based CleverTap to enhance customer engagement strategies. Deloitte will leverage data-driven insights and AI-powered automation to optimise customer interactions, improve retention, and accelerate digital transformation.
The collaboration will focus on key sectors, such as retail, financial services, quick commerce, and travel. CleverTap’s MarTech solutions, product experience platform and VoIP-based engagement capabilities will be integrated with Deloitte’s digital strategy expertise, allowing businesses to enhance personalisation, automate marketing workflows and optimise engagement touchpoints.
The alliance will be working on pilot projects, joint training, and co-marketing initiatives in the short term to validate integrated solutions and showcase early successes. The goal in the mid-term is for industry-specific solution development, expanded go-to-market strategies, and feedback-driven optimisation.

Lastly, the two companies will work together in the long term to build co-innovation labs, and ecosystem expansion through strategic partnerships and a commitment to sustainable growth metrics

Last week, CleverTap announced that it partnered with online learning platform upGrad to introduce a deep-learning track aimed at equipping marketers with hands-on training in artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics. The programme will be integrated into upGrad’s digital marketing and product management courses, offered in collaboration with MICA and Duke CE.

The initiative is designed to provide learners with real-world experience in customer retention, engagement strategies, and AI-driven marketing. Participants will gain access to the CleverTap platform for a month, allowing them to apply data analytics to marketing campaigns.
