Exotel, a customer engagement solutions provider, has partnered with JSW MG Motor India to enhance communication and improve customer experience. The collaboration integrates virtual numbers, centralised call monitoring, and automated feedback systems to ensure efficient service across the company’s network. 

The unified platform provides a single national number for customers, maintains brand consistency through virtual dealership numbers, and enables real-time feedback collection and issue resolution. These features help streamline operations and enhance customer interactions. 

With the integration of a cloud-based contact center, JSW MG Motor India has improved customer satisfaction by 22% and increased productivity by 20%. The use of virtual numbers has strengthened dealership credibility, while automated feedback systems have resulted in an 85% feedback response rate, the company said.
