Coforge, a global digital services provider, has expanded its partnership with ServiceNow to launch a Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Center of Excellence (CoE) in Greater Noida. The initiative integrates Coforge’s AI framework, Quasar, with ServiceNow AI Agents to support businesses in adopting AI-driven solutions. 

The CoE aims to help organisations explore, test, and scale AI applications tailored to industry needs. It will focus on financial services, insurance, healthcare, and travel, offering solutions in payment processing, fraud detection, dispute management, and digital operations resilience. The goal is to streamline operations and improve customer service through AI-driven insights. 

Sudhir Singh, CEO and Executive Director, Coforge said, “With this investment in GenAI CoE for ServiceNow platform, we will jointly accelerate clients’ adoption of ServiceNow platform for business transformation.”

It will also facilitate the adoption of low-code and no-code automation to develop scalable AI applications.
