Cyient, ADS partner to enhance digital content management

Midcap IT services firm Cyient has announced a partnership with digital content management solutions provider American Data Solutions (ADS) to enhance digital content management for businesses. The collaboration aims to improve how organisations create, store, retrieve, and distribute digital content by integrating Cyient’s engineering expertise with ADS’ content management technology.

ADS’ solutions include scalable architecture, a multi-purpose digital data viewer, and security features designed to streamline operations. By leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing, the companies plan to develop adaptive content management systems that evolve with business needs.

Sukamal Banerjee, Executive Director and CEO of Cyient, said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to using advanced technology for digital transformation. He highlighted the role of AI and cloud computing in improving efficiency and decision-making, ensuring businesses can access future-ready content management solutions.

Ran Meriaz, CEO of ADS, described the collaboration as a key step in reshaping the content management sector. He said Cyient’s global reach and engineering capabilities align well with ADS’ digital solutions, allowing them to set new industry standards.

Last month, Cyient appointed Sukamal Banerjee as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director for a five-year term, effective immediately. The company confirmed his appointment in a regulatory filing on Wednesday, stating that he will be a key managerial personnel and part of the senior management team at Cyient DLM Ltd.

Banerjee brings over three decades of experience in the technology sector, having held senior leadership positions in major firms. He previously served as Corporate Vice President at HCL Technologies, where he led the engineering business.

Before joining Cyient, Banerjee was CEO and Board Member at Xoriant, a digital engineering firm backed by ChrysCapital, where he played a key role in business expansion since March 2023. His expertise spans multiple industries, including communications, semiconductors, energy, transportation, automotive, and healthcare—sectors that align with Cyient’s strategic focus.
