Fulcrum digital to deploy 10,000 AI agents, double workforce to 3,000

Fulcrum Digital, an enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital transformation firm, has announced a new phase in its AI strategy, aiming to scale its AI ecosystem to 10,000 AI agents by the end of 2025. The announcement was made at the company’s annual event, TANDEM 2025. The company is shifting its focus to Intelligence Amplification (IA), an approach designed to enhance human decision-making rather than replace it.
Fulcrum Digital’s AI R&D hub in India is at the core of this expansion, developing AI-driven solutions that integrate with enterprise systems to improve efficiency and business agility, the company said. As part of its growth strategy, the firm also plans to double its workforce to 3,000 employees.
According to Rajesh Sinha, Founder and Chairman of Fulcrum Digital, enterprises are moving toward the fourth stage of digital maturity, where AI adoption must go beyond automation. The company’s AI platform, FD Ryze, is built to support this transition by amplifying human intelligence and expertise. The next phase, Autonomous AI, will focus on AI agents that evolve beyond automation to create self-optimising workflows.

Fulcrum Digital’s AI solutions are designed to be industry-agnostic and language model-agnostic, allowing businesses to integrate AI without overhauling existing infrastructure. The company is already delivering AI-driven automation across financial services, insurance, and retail, driving cost savings and efficiency improvements, it said.
The company also emphasises small-scale AI trials as a way to drive innovation. Speaking to TechCircle last year, Sachin Panicker, Chief AI Officer of Fulcrum Digital, highlighted how smaller AI pilots allow businesses to validate AI benefits before scaling, making AI adoption more accessible.
