ANSR launches a super app to build and manage GCCs

ANSR, a company developing strategic Global Capability Centers (GCCs), on Wednesday, announced the launch of 1Wrk, a super app designed to simplify and enhance the entire lifecycle of a GCC.
GCCs are hubs established by multinational companies in different countries to perform specific business functions like research, development, or customer support, often leveraging cost advantages. Indian firms are playing a crucial role in helping MNCs establish themselves in the country.
According to the company, 1Wrk is one of the pioneer operating systems in the GCCs space, integrating all aspects of global operations—from talent acquisition and workplace management to employee engagement and compliance—into a single ecosystem. Its launch is timely, as enterprises seek to enhance their global presence with greater efficiency and predictability.

Touting the new solution as the backbone of modern GCC operations, Vikram Ahuja, Co-Founder of ANSR and CEO of 1Wrk said, "We’ve developed an intelligent operating system that transforms how global enterprises manage their GCC strategies, offering unprecedented integration and automation across the entire GCC lifecycle.”
The SuperApp features a comprehensive suite, including Talent500, a global talent ecosystem with over 2.5 million GCC-ready tech professionals, an employer branding platform to enhance GCC identity called 1Voice and an AI-driven applicant tracking system for efficient talent acquisition called 1Recruit.
Besides, it has a multi-channel platform for ongoing candidate communication and employee engagement, a complete HR management solution and a unified platform for workplace management, IT services, and HR support called 1Hub.

According to the company, the product suite yields significant improvements in key metrics. For example, it’s 35% faster time-to-hire through automated screening and improved candidate engagement, 55% lower drop-off rates via a seamless candidate experience and reduces 65% cost-to-hire through AI and data-driven talent acquisition
The launch of 1Wrk marks a shift in how enterprises manage global talent and operations. Its AI-driven intelligence layer continuously learns and adapts, providing predictive insights that help organizations anticipate market trends and talent needs.
"Traditional GCC operations often require managing multiple vendors, systems, and workflows," Ahuja noted. "1Wrk removes these silos, providing a single source of truth that empowers enterprises to scale confidently and adaptively in today’s dynamic global landscape."

India's GCC is on track to become a $100 billion industry by 2030, employing over 2.5 million professionals, according to a report by Inductus published in November 2024.
Nasscom has estimated that India is home to over 1,700 GCCs, generating approximately $64.6 billion in annual revenue and employing around 1.9 million people. By 2026, over 70% of these centres are projected to adopt advanced AI technologies, highlighting the sector's focus on technological advancement.
