TCS and UPM partner to modernize IT with AI-driven solutions

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has signed an agreement with UPM to modernize its IT infrastructure. UPM is a global company focused on decarbonization solutions, advanced materials, renewable fibers, and communication papers. The partnership aims to improve operational efficiency and user experience while adopting an AI-driven model. 

As part of the agreement, TCS will implement its AI-powered enterprise platform, ignioTM, to enhance IT system reliability and efficiency. The company will provide services including service desk support, workspace management, onsite assistance, business and platform application support, network and connectivity solutions, hybrid cloud services, and Service Integration and Management (SIAM). TCS will also use AI to improve human-machine collaboration for UPM’s 15,800 employees. 

The company aims to help UPM streamline operations and enhance service quality through AI-driven solutions. The partnership is expected to support UPM’s goal of building a more sustainable and efficient digital infrastructure.
