Exotel partners with Knowmax to enhance AI-driven customer experience

Exotel, a cloud-based customer engagement platform, has announced a partnership with Knowmax, a knowledge management platform, to improve customer experience (CX) through AI-driven knowledge management. The collaboration aims to provide enterprises with better access to actionable knowledge, improving customer interactions and operational efficiency. 

By integrating Exotel’s customer engagement platform with Knowmax’s knowledge management system, businesses can streamline customer service operations. This integration allows contact center agents to access relevant information directly within the Exotel platform, reducing errors, improving response times, and increasing customer satisfaction. 

The partnership aims to create a single platform that delivers contextual and guided knowledge, helping businesses reduce Average Handling Time (AHT) and improve First Call Resolution (FCR). It also seeks to enhance agent efficiency and enable seamless customer interactions across various communication channels.
