
Enfabrica opens R&D center in Hyderabad to expand AI networking development

Enfabrica Corporation, a startup building networking hardware to power AI workloads, has opened a research and development (R&D) center in Hyderabad, India, as part of its expansion in AI networking hardware development. The facility will support the company’s efforts to build networking chips and software for AI workloads while strengthening its engineering team and global operations.
The company focuses on addressing challenges in AI infrastructure by developing high-performance networking solutions. Enfabrica's 3.2 Terabit per second ACF SuperNIC is designed to optimize the interconnection of GPUs in large-scale AI clusters. The technology aims to improve the efficiency of AI frameworks while reducing costs for organizations deploying AI infrastructure.
The company plans to use this facility to develop next-generation networking chips that address scalability and cost challenges in AI and cloud computing. The Hyderabad center will collaborate with Enfabrica’s global teams to refine hardware and software solutions for high-performance computing environments.
