Sattrix appoints former Genpact exec as Global Service Delivery Officer

Sattrix Information Security has appointed Himanshu Vaish as its new Global Service Delivery Officer.

With over 35 years of experience in information security, risk management, and IT service delivery, Vaish has previously held senior leadership positions at organisations such as Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Genpact, and GE Capital. He has also served as a consultant to the Prime Minister’s Cyber Security Task Force, contributing to national cybersecurity strategies.

In his new role, Vaish will oversee global operations, including the security operations center (SOC), network operations center (NOC), and professional services. His focus will be on enhancing service delivery, automating processes, and developing innovative cybersecurity solutions. Additionally, he will work towards managing delivery risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening customer relationships. 

His track record includes the development of a vulnerability remediation model that achieved a 91% remediation rate within 90 days and leading a 300% improvement in detection rates. 

Sachhin Gajjaer, Managing Director of Sattrix, said that Vaish’s experience in cybersecurity and leadership would drive the company towards greater operational excellence. 

Vaish holds a Commercial Leadership Programme qualification from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an Executive Leadership Programme qualification from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
