Infosys, Siemens AG partner to enhance digital learning with AI
Infosys has expanded its collaboration with Siemens AG to improve digital learning using generative artificial intelligence (AI). The initiative aims to provide over 250,000 Siemens employees with upskilling opportunities and a personalised learning experience.
Siemens’ digital learning platform, My Learning World, will integrate Infosys Topaz, an AI-driven solution, and Infosys Wingspan, an AI-powered enterprise learning platform. The platform will offer several AI-enhanced features, including a knowledge assistant that provides instant answers and personalised recommendations. An AI-assisted content authoring tool will generate customised content in multiple languages, the company said.
Additionally, an AI chatbot will assist learners in navigating courses, explaining concepts, and directing them to further study materials. A virtual tutor will offer features such as content summaries, translations, and adaptive learning styles.
Jenny Lin, Global Head of Learning & Growth at Siemens AG, said, “By providing our people with the tools, resources, and support they need to continuously develop their skills, we empower our people to meet the challenges of the future.”
Jasmeet Singh, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing, Infosys, said, “Our collaboration with Siemens to help integrate Infosys Wingspan's generative AI capabilities, powered by Infosys Topaz, into My Learning World is a testament to Siemens’ commitment to providing their people with the best possible learning and growth opportunities.”
