LTIMindtree extends collaboration with AAMC for healthcare technology support

LTIMindtree, a global technology services provider, has renewed its partnership with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). The collaboration aims to improve AAMC’s technology infrastructure, streamline application development, and enhance maintenance processes. The renewed agreement includes integrating security practices to improve operations and reduce time-to-market. 

Founded in 1876, AAMC is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. It supports U.S. and Canadian medical schools, academic health systems, and teaching hospitals. AAMC represents 159 U.S. medical schools, 14 Canadian medical schools, and nearly 500 academic health systems and teaching hospitals, including Department of Veterans Affairs medical centers.  

Under the renewed partnership, LTIMindtree will assist AAMC in modernizing its systems and optimizing processes using advanced technologies.

Our long-term objective is to streamline operations and optimize processes at the AAMC by leveraging our deep expertise in AI-led transformation of data as well as in user experience and infrastructure management”, said Manjunath Yerragunta, Business Head – Healthcare, LTIMindtree. 

Earlier in 2023, the company also partnered with AWS to help organizations adopt cloud-based systems. This includes cloud solutions for healthcare providers to improve data management, patient care, and operational workflows.
