QX Global Group appoints Mandar Vanarse as CTO
QX Global Group, a business process management and transformation solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Mandar Vanarse as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the Board. Vanarse brings 30 years of experience in technology leadership, business transformation, and innovation to the role. Previously, he served as General Manager at Wipro Ltd., where he worked on generative AI platforms, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation initiatives. He also developed the ASSIMPLER framework, which has been implemented in projects recognised by the United Nations. Vanarse has worked with clients in the United States, India, the Middle East, and Africa, and has led teams operating in regions such as APAC, Australia, and Europe. Dhampur Bio Organics gets a Chief Digital and Information Officer
Naresh Kumar Pathak has been appointed Chief Digital and Information Officer at Dhampur Bio Organics Limited. With nearly 30 years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation, and Cyber Security, he aims to enhance the company's technological capabilities and drive innovation. Previously, Naresh served as Vice President and CIO at GR Infraprojects, where he implemented key IT strategies and AI/ML initiatives. Raj Upadhyay appointed as VP of Technology at EXL
Raj Upadhyay has been named Vice President of Technology at EXL. He was earlier working as Vice President of Information Technology at Genpact, where he spearheaded transformative projects in IT infrastructure design, global network operations, and service delivery management. With more than twenty years of experience, Raj has occupied leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, HCL Technologies, and IBM, demonstrating his proficiency in IT strategy, large-scale project management, team leadership, and cost optimization. His professional journey illustrates a profound comprehension of technology-driven business solutions and operational excellence.

Databrick’s VP for India and SAARC steps down
Databrick’s vice president (VP) for India and SAARC region Anil Bhasin has announced his exit from the company. January 15 was his last day at the California-headquartered AI company. In his LinkedIn post announcing his departure from the company, Bhasin said that he would be stepping into the cybersecurity field with a new venture. Bhasin is an IT industry veteran, having three decades long experience in the networking, cyber-security, and Intelligent Automation domains. He worked at Databricks for two and a half years. Before Databricks, Bhasin was Managing Director and VP of UiPath India and South Asia region. He has also worked in organisations such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco Systems, and Getronics Dubai. Bhasin stepped down the same week when Databricks reportedly raised $5 billion in financing. As per Bloomberg’s report, the funds were raised from lenders such as Blackstone, Apollo Global Management and Blue Owl Capital, in what can be considered the company’s largest debt raise ever.
