EPAM has also introduced four new solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Google Cloud and the Vertex AI platform. These offerings include Video Search and Indexing for Media and Entertainment, which transforms unstructured video data into searchable insights; JenAii for Retail, designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales while addressing staffing shortages; Geospatial Data Visualisation for Energy, which enhances decision-making through intuitive data visualisation; and Talk to Your Data, a horizontal solution that simplifies data analysis and transforms complex datasets into clear visualisations.

Colleen Kapase, VP of Channels and Partner Programs at Google Cloud, highlighted EPAM’s role in helping global enterprises enhance their operations using Google Cloud’s advanced AI technology. She noted that this next phase of their partnership will equip EPAM with the necessary expertise and capacity to effectively plan, deploy, and optimise generative AI projects for their customers.

The company has recruited over 2,000 employees in India in 2024 alone, increasing its local workforce to more than 9,000, with plans to reach 10,000 by March 2025, Srinivas Reddy, Managing Director of EPAM, told TechCircle during his visit to India.
