AI, digital deals drive LTIMindtree revenue growth in Q3 FY25
LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, reported steady revenue growth in the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, fueled by demand for its artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation services. The company also achieved its highest-ever order inflow during the quarter, reflecting strong momentum in deal wins across industries.
The company posted revenue of ₹9,661 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, representing a 2.4% sequential increase and a 7.1% rise year-over-year. However, net profit declined to ₹1,087 crore, a 13.2% drop from the previous quarter and a 7.1% decrease compared to the same period last year, attributed to rising costs and margin pressures.
A key highlight of the quarter was the company’s high order inflow of ₹13,949 crore, marking a 29% sequential increase. The growth was driven by a series of strategic deal wins in AI-led services and cloud-based platforms.
Among these, LTIMindtree’s proprietary "AI in Operations" and "AI in Infrastructure" platforms secured contracts from a global manufacturer, a US-based investment firm, and a Middle Eastern energy major to manage IT landscapes and infrastructure. Additionally, enterprises in insurance and software sectors adopted the company’s AI-based data governance solutions, showcasing the broad applicability of its technologies, the company reported.
“Our differentiated AI strategy has helped us record our highest-ever order inflow of $1.68 billion, laying the foundation for future growth. Our ongoing investments in AI, including new partnerships and specialisations, and accolades, support our efforts to continue growing as we enter CY25,” said, Debashis Chatterjee, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
The quarter also saw LTIMindtree expand its client base to 742 active accounts, with an increase in large-scale clients contributing ₹41 crore or more annually. The company continued its workforce expansion, adding 2,362 employees during the quarter, bringing its total headcount to 86,800.
Partnerships played a vital role in reinforcing the company’s capabilities in emerging technologies. The IT firm achieved the AWS GenAI competency, strengthening its expertise in generative AI solutions such as Amazon Bedrock. Collaboration with Microsoft advanced enterprise AI innovation through tools like 365 Copilot. Furthermore, LTIMindtree launched a migration solution for Oracle Database to Azure Cloud, catering to enterprises aiming for seamless cloud adoption.
