Happiest Minds announces GenAI partnership with Coca-Cola Vietnam

Mid-sized IT firm Happiest Minds Technologies announced a partnership with Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam on Wednesday to create Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) solutions designed to improve organisational productivity and operational efficiency.

As part of its GenAI business services (GBS), the Bengaluru-headquartered firm collaborated closely with Coca-Cola’s strategic team during an initial discovery phase to identify business needs and create tailored solutions.

Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam sought to address two key areas through technology transformation: first, to reduce inefficiencies caused by fragmented policy information across various documents, which hindered employee productivity and decision-making; second, to improve monitoring of ROI nationwide by consolidating data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights for sales representatives and asset managers.

Happiest Minds employs GenAI bots, utilising Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and open-source components, to develop a conversational interface that meets two key business needs: an HR assistant powered by GenAI and a productivity monitoring system for coolers with an integrated GenAI layer. This solution enables users to access extensive information through a unified interface and interact naturally with the underlying data, significantly enhancing user experience and streamlining workflows.

The implementation of the GenAI solution at Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam is set to deliver substantial benefits, including improved operational efficiency through task automation and streamlined processes, leading to reduced manual workloads and increased employee satisfaction and engagement, the company said in a statement.

In 2021, Happiest Minds executed a digital transformation project for Coca-Cola Bottling Company United, which streamlined order management through RPA in Microsoft Power Automate, addressing challenges related to their new freestyle vending machine. The company developed a master automated service agent named ‘Asa’ that utilises several bots, Azure Key Vault for data security, and Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery.

The company’s GBS offers a comprehensive suite of GenAI services across various sectors, including Edtech, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), and Healthcare. With a team of AI specialists and over 120 use cases, Happiest Minds has delivered customised GenAI solutions to more than 20 clients.
