Orient Technologies names Shrihari Bhat as CEO
Orient Technologies Limited, an IT solutions and services provider specialising in cloud and data management, has appointed Shrihari Bhat as its new CEO. Bhat, who has over 25 years of global leadership experience, specialises in strategic growth and navigating complex regulatory environments. Previously, he was a Division Executive for International Markets at FIS and held senior roles at NCR and FirstData (now Fiserv). He holds a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai, and he has driven innovations in online fraud detection and secure transaction systems. IT observability services provider New Relic has named Ved Antani as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Managing Director of its Hyderabad Innovation Center. Antani, who has over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, gaming, and enterprise technologies, will focus on scaling engineering talent and enhancing workplace culture. He previously served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at BetterPlace and held leadership roles at Twilio India, SendGrid, JioCinema, Myntra, and Electronic Arts. (Read more)

IT services company Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has appointed Anshuman Singh as CEO of its UK operations. Based in London, Singh will lead growth and innovation initiatives in the UK and Europe and will join the HGS Global Executive Team. Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of Mamaearth, has appointed Lokesh Chhaparwal as Senior Vice President of Technology & Engineering. Digital technology and customer experience (CX) services company Movate has appointed Srijit Menon as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for Digital Services. Menon, with over 25 years of experience in cloud and digital services, will oversee Global Sales and Account Management. Zimyo appoints new CTO and other execs
Software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup Zimyo has announced leadership changes for global expansion, promoting Naresh Gupta to Co-Founder and CFO, Mayank Singh to Chief Business Officer, and Vinay Kumar to Chief Technology Officer. Kumar will lead the development of AI-powered features for Zimyo’s workforce management platform, while Gupta and Singh will expand financial and market strategies. Neeraj Bhalla has joined global infrastructure conglomerate GMR Group as Chief Transformation Officer for Corporate & Energy. He previously led digital projects at Mahindra Group and has over 30 years of experience in digital transformation, customer experience, and IT strategy, with leadership roles at Whirlpool, LG India, and Panasonic India.
ISGEC Heavy Engineering’s CIO Steps Down
Heavy engineering equipment manufacturer ISGEC Heavy Engineering’s CIO, Sanjay Kumar Gharde, has resigned due to "unavoidable circumstances" and will serve a three-month notice period. With nearly four years at ISGEC and 30 years of industry experience, he has led various IT transformation initiatives. Previously, Gharde worked at firms such as JIL Information Technology Ltd (Jaypee Group), Jindal SAW Limited, and JK Paper. (Read more)
