Zimyo appoints new CFO, CBO, and CTO amid global expansion plans
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) startup Zimyo has announced significant changes to its leadership team as part of its strategy for global expansion and market consolidation. Naresh Gupta has been elevated to the role of Co-Founder and Chief Finance Officer (CFO). Additionally, the company has appointed Mayank Singh as Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Vinay Kumar as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Gupta, who previously served as Zimyo's Vice President of Finance, will now take on broader responsibilities as CFO. Gupta has been with the company since its early stages and has played a pivotal role in shaping its financial strategies, including fundraising efforts and operational efficiencies. In his expanded role, he will oversee both customer success and financial management.
Kumar, promoted to CTO, has been a driving force behind Zimyo’s technological innovations. With expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud-based solutions, Kumar is set to lead the development of advanced AI-powered features for the company’s workforce management platform. Before joining Zimyo, Kumar held senior technology roles at AuthBridge and Sugal & Damani, where he contributed to the development of enterprise-level SaaS products.
Singh, now the CBO, has been instrumental in spearheading Zimyo’s international market entry. He will focus on expanding the company’s global footprint, leveraging his experience in business development and strategic partnerships. Singh’s career includes leadership roles in sales and market expansion at Equitas Small Finance Bank and AuthBridge.
