Movate names Srijit Menon as chief revenue officer for digital services

Digital technology and customer experience (CX) services company Movate has appointed Srijit Menon as its Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Digital Services. In the new role, Menon will be responsible for overseeing Global Sales and Account Management across Movate’s core service lines, which include Digital Infrastructure, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Products, and Content & Data Services. He is expected to drive transformative growth through a consultative, outcome-focused approach, further cementing Movate’s position as a leader in the ever-evolving digital services landscape.

With over 25 years of international leadership experience in cloud and digital services, Menon brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. He has previously held senior positions at globally renowned organisations, including HCL Tech, Wipro, IBM, PwC, and Siemens. Known for his ability to secure large-scale deals and acquire high-profile clients, Menon has led outsourcing engagements exceeding $2 billion across more than 50 global customers. His work has spanned diverse sectors such as Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), Telecom, Retail, and Life Sciences, consistently delivering tangible business results through digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Movate, Menon served as Senior Vice President and Head of Manufacturing Industries at HCL Tech. Throughout his career, he has built and nurtured high-impact customer relationships, led strategic client engagements, and mentored emerging leadership talent.

Menon holds an MBA (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Calicut University.
