Harness appoints ex- Goldman Sachs exec as head of R&D, India
Harness, a software delivery platform company, has named Prashant Verma as Head of Research and Development for its India Center. Verma brings over 24 years of engineering leadership experience and will lead efforts to establish the India Center as a key hub for innovation.
In his new position, Verma will focus on building a research and development center with skilled engineering talent. He will work to create a culture that encourages engineers to take ownership and drive innovation. Verma will also strengthen collaboration with teams across the United States, Europe, and other regions.
Verma, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, has a background in building engineering teams and delivering technology solutions. His prior roles include leadership positions at organisations such as i2, Informatica, Goldman Sachs, LinkedIn, Flipkart, Zoomcar, and Traveloka.
