Experion Technologies strengthens global leadership with new appointments
Experion Technologies, a product engineering and digital transformation solutions provider, has appointed Senthil Babu as Senior Vice President for Data and AI. In addition, the company has also selected Dion Nathanielsz as Head of Banking Solutions and Services, and Markus Ruetimann, former COO of Credit Suisse, as an Advisor.
The company plans to hire an additional 200 professionals by the end of the financial year as it scales operations to meet increasing global demand. The company has already added 300 new employees, including 158 campus recruits since April this year.
Babu steps into the role of Senior Vice President for Data and AI, bringing nearly three decades of experience in digital transformation across industries like BFSI, energy, manufacturing, and telecom. With a deep understanding of AI, data engineering, and analytics, Babu has previously held leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Wipro, and IBM. At Experion, he will spearhead the company’s Data and AI initiatives, driving innovation and helping clients accelerate their digital transformation journeys.
Babu holds a Master’s degree in Data and Analytics from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.
Further, with over three decades of experience in banking and finance across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the USA, Nathanielsz brings rich expertise in credit risk management and technology-driven business solutions. Having held senior executive roles, including Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Nathanielsz will lead Experion’s global financial services initiatives. His focus will include advancing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) obligations, green lending, and purpose-driven financing.
Nathanielsz holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) from Swinburne University of Technology.
In addition, Ruetimann joined Experion as an advisor, bringing over 30 years of experience in asset management and operational leadership. Ruetimann has held key roles at Credit Suisse Asset Management, UBS Asset Management, and Schroders plc. Based on his expertise in financial services, he will provide strategic insights to help Experion navigate complex financial landscapes and drive operational efficiencies.
Ruetimann’s educational background includes studies in leadership and operational management at institutions such as IMD International Institute for Management Development and Zurich Business School.
