AceCloud partners with NetApp and Quantum to launch new cloud region in Noida

AceCloud, a cloud computing solutions provider, has announced a partnership with NetApp, a data infrastructure provider, and Quantum, a data management solutions provider, to establish a new cloud region in Noida. 

The Noida region will provide low-latency access to cloud technologies with built-in security, disaster recovery features, and enterprise-grade reliability. The services are designed to support digital transformation and will include specialised hardware for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads, such as cloud GPUs and high-performance storage. Hosted in a Tier IV data centre, the cloud region will prioritise data security and operational uptime, the company said. 

AceCloud’s services will be available globally starting in the fourth quarter of 2024, with coverage across multiple cloud regions in the Asia-Pacific area. The offerings will feature flexible pricing for high-performance cloud services, targeting businesses across industries. 

The company will use NetApp’s block storage devices to deliver reliable and secure storage solutions. These include features such as data protection, multi-attach capabilities, and customizable storage options to meet specific customer needs. 

Additionally, AceCloud will integrate Quantum’s ActiveScale object storage, enabling flexible storage tiers and efficient support for AI, HPC workloads, and data-intensive applications.
