Comviva powers FNP's new payment system for smoother transactions
Ferns N Petals (FNP) has launched an upgraded payment system in partnership with Comviva, designed to streamline transactions for users. The new system, built on Comviva’s mobiquity ONE platform, aims to improve payment success rates and simplify the checkout process.
The enhanced platform allows customers to complete purchases with fewer disruptions, offering multiple payment options such as UPI, digital wallets, net banking, and credit/debit cards. This feature caters to the varied preferences of FNP’s broad user base, the company said.
The integration of AI-powered smart routing in the mobiquity ONE platform helps reduce payment failures by directing transactions through the most effective channels in real time. The technology also supports operational efficiency by cutting costs and optimizing the use of different payment gateways. This seamless system adapts to customer needs while working smoothly with FNP’s existing infrastructure.
