Tech Mahindra launches GenAI solutions suite for enterprises

Indian IT services and consulting firm Tech Mahindra on Tuesday Tech Mahindra has launched TechM agentX, an advanced suite of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI-powered solutions designed to transform enterprise efficiency through intelligent automation.
The suite addresses inefficiencies in traditional operations, empowering businesses to achieve heightened productivity, scalability, and superior user experiences, the company said in a statement.
 
By automating complex business, IT, and data processes, these solutions promise productivity improvements of up to 70%. 
 
The inaugural solution in the suite, agentAssistX, is a GenAI-driven, agentless platform that optimises business, IT, and end-user support processes. It enhances IT support by unifying silos and enabling faster, scalable, and more efficient operations. The solution integrates seamlessly with IT Service Management (ITSM) software, enterprise security systems, network telemetry data, and cloud management tools, automating tasks like ticket resolution and provisioning. This ensures enterprises can maximise AI investments while driving measurable outcomes.

Key capabilities of agentAssistX include automating functions such as meeting room technology, software and device management, security and access control, real-time monitoring, knowledge management, and cloud operations. By improving compliance, mitigating risks, and streamlining IT support, agentAssistX enables organisations to focus on strategic initiatives while enhancing workforce efficiency. 

In an earlier interview with TechCircle, Purohit said. “Tech Mahindra is shifting its AI focus from traditional automation to the optimisation of large language models, such as GPT, for creative and generative applications. A standout innovation is its Email AmplifAIer, which uses generative AI to streamline processes with unified visualisation and automation, adopting a "human-in-the-loop" approach to ensure responsible deployment. This tool has significantly boosted productivity by 25%-30% while delivering notable cost savings.

Pioneering the field, Tech Mahindra was the first to launch a Generative AI Studio, leveraging it internally to assist enterprises in making informed decisions and achieving digital efficiency. The company is now intensifying its focus on key sectors like BFSI, healthcare, and retail, tailoring generative AI solutions to meet the evolving needs of these industries globally, he said.

In the quarter ended September 30, Tech Mahindra announced a series of strategic collaborations to advance GenAI adoption and strengthen cybersecurity services across various industries. In a major partnership with Mahindra & Mahindra, the company aims to accelerate digital transformation by integrating GenAI solutions, streamlining processes, and driving innovation across sectors.

Additionally, Tech Mahindra has teamed up with Horizon3.ai, a leader in autonomous cybersecurity solutions, to integrate its NodeZero platform into Tech Mahindra’s cybersecurity services. This collaboration enhances Tech Mahindra’s portfolio by offering cutting-edge capabilities in threat detection, AI-powered penetration testing, and robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.

As part of its AI strategy, Tech Mahindra also launched ‘TechM VerifAI’, a comprehensive solution designed to validate and verify outcomes of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and GenAI projects. This initiative ensures that enterprises can effectively oversee the lifecycle of AI-based projects, accelerating their deployment while maintaining quality and reliability.
