Automation Anywhere, PwC India partner to build GenAI solutions

Automation Anywhere has partnered with PwC to develop generative AI-based automation solutions for clients to improve productivity and cost efficiencies. As part of the deal, Automation Anywhere will combine its technology expertise with PwC India’s consulting experience. The solutions are expected to be deployed across various sectors with a special focus on financial services, retail, manufacturing, telecom, media and communication, and healthcare.

Automation Anywhere is a leading provider in the field of robotic process automation or RPA. RPA tools are used to automate mundane and repetitive business processes like data entry, allowing humans to focus on higher-value tasks.

To be sure, in June, Automation Anywhere on Wednesday launched a new tool, dubbed, AI + Automation Enterprise System that incorporates the latest advances in generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) with its products.
 
The new offering was announced at Imagine 2024 and is built around a series of new AI agents created using the company’s own AI Agent Studio platform. The company said, these agents accelerate process discovery, speed up the development and deployment of more powerful automation, and can increase business efficiency, driving significant productivity gains and cost savings.
