Infinx Healthcare sets up CoE in Madurai, to create 700 jobs
Artificial intelligence (AI)-powered healthcare revenue solutions provider Infinx Healthcare on Thursday announced the opening of an innovation centre in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
The facility marks the company’s eighth centre in India, complementing existing operations in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and will create around 700 job opportunities over the next five years, offering high-quality employment in healthcare technology.
Co-founded in 2012 by Sandeep Tandon and Jaideep Tandon, Infinx is a provider of data-driven revenue cycle management solutions for the healthcare sector, with a focus on the U.S. market. Its cloud platform utilises AI, automation, payer integration, and workforce management and supports over 172,000 healthcare professionals across 4,000 facilities including ambulatory, acute care and post-acute care providers.
The centre will leverage advanced AI and automation technologies to streamline revenue cycle operations for its customers, with the company boasting of being one of the first ITES organizations to set up a centre of this kind in Madurai.

The Infinx Healthcare’s Madurai delivery centre, will focus on supporting healthcare RCM processes, enhancing accuracy, reducing errors, and speeding up decision-making. The company will foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, with a target of achieving 35% diversity within two years at the Madurai centre. As part of its broader social responsibility goals, the company also plans to invest in local development initiatives, creating secondary employment opportunities and strengthening the local ecosystem.
Infinx counts over 400 leading healthcare provider organisations as customers including hospitals, health systems and outpatient healthcare providers. In June, global investment firm KKR invested $150 million in Infinx. Norwest Venture Partners, an existing shareholder, also participated in the transaction.
