Max Life partners with Numr for AI-driven customer insights and predictive analytics
Max Life Insurance has announced its partnership with Rebuscode, a subsidiary of Numr Canada, a company specializing in customer insights and predictive analytics. This collaboration is set to enhance Max Life’s capabilities in customer experience and sentiment analysis through real-time data insights.
With Numr’s AI-driven platform, Max Life plans to advance its approach to customer sentiment analysis beyond traditional Net Promoter Scores (NPS). By analyzing data from multiple sources through a large-scale, digitally administered survey system, Numr’s technology will provide Max Life with a comprehensive, real-time view of customer sentiment. This enables Max Life to gather insights on customer needs at every point of interaction and to tailor experiences more effectively.
The partnership also integrates predictive analytics to help Max Life anticipate customer needs, address potential concerns, and implement proactive measures for improving customer experience. This includes early identification of customers who may be at risk of disengagement, allowing Max Life to address issues before they result in churn.
Expected benefits for Max Life include increased customer retention, better customer satisfaction, and higher customer lifetime value. The real-time insights and predictive capabilities offered by Numr's platform are intended to support Max Life in delivering personalized experiences, leading to sustainable growth and long-term customer loyalty.
Manu Lavanya, Senior Director and Chief Operations Officer, Max Life said, “The collaboration is instrumental in building a future-ready customer ecosystem, and a step forward towards becoming the most admired life insurance company in India.”
Amitayu Basu, CEO of Numr, said, “By combining our AI and predictive analytics capabilities with Max Life's dedication to customer-centricity, we look forward to delivering actionable insights that will not only strengthen customer relationships but also contribute to Max Life's growth and success.”
