Insurance and assistance firm Allianz Partners India has partnered with predictive analytics company CI Metrics to enhance proactive roadside assistance breakdown solutions. Allianz Partners will integrate CI Metrics’ advanced weather prediction models and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven insights, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

The solutions will be able to forecast breakdowns caused by adverse weather conditions, minimising disruption, and improving customer experience. Accurate predictions will enable planning and mobilising of the resources more effectively during weather-related incidents, ensuring faster response time, the companies said in a statement.

“Leveraging CI Metrics' advanced weather prediction models will allow us to anticipate breakdowns accurately and reduce the impact of weather anomalies on our customers during extreme weather conditions. This partnership aligns perfectly with our mission to provide peace of mind to our customers anytime, anywhere,” said Charu Kaushal, Managing Director of Allianz Partners India.

France-based Allianz Partners in April announced the launch of its IIO Reinsurance Branch in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The IIO is a reinsurance branch of a group entity of Allianz Partners AWP P&C SA, headquartered in Paris, and provides B2B offerings, the company said in a statement.  The company has become the first foreign reinsurer to open its office at IFSC.
