Bengaluru-based Aprecomm, a network and customer experience platforms, has partnered with Synnefo, an operational support solutions provider to Internet companies, to offer a cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI)-powered customer experience (CX) management solution tailored for broadband service providers.

The partnership combines Mumbai-headquartered Synnefo’s service management solutions with Aprecomm’s advanced customer experience tools to create a comprehensive solution. This integrated solution will streamline CPE management, subscriber billing, support, and network performance optimisation, helping service providers save time and reduce costs.

The collaboration integrates Aprecomm’s ACS (Auto Configuration Server) and Quality of Experience (QoE) software with Synnefo’s support platforms to offer a unified experience management system for Internet services providers (ISPs) and broadband service providers. The cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution includes all the necessary tools for Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) configuration, customer billing, and network optimisation down to granular application levels. This comprehensive platform is designed to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
