Tredence launches AI experience and collaboration center in Bengaluru
Tredence, a California-based data science and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions company, has opened an AI Experience and Collaboration Center in Bengaluru. This new center will allow clients and partners to engage with AI tools, focusing on generative and prescriptive AI solutions to address complex problems and drive business value.
The new center will function as a hub for co-innovation and collaborative projects. It offers hands-on labs, proof-of-concepts, and rapid prototyping to turn innovative ideas into real-world applications. This approach is expected to help teams develop tangible solutions quickly, supporting enterprises in their journey from concept to execution, it said.
The center will also host executive briefings, hackathons, envisioning sessions, and design thinking workshops to encourage collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing among different stakeholders.
Soumendra Mohanty, Chief Strategy Officer of Tredence, said, “This center will provide a collaborative space for global teams to experiment and co-create breakthrough solutions powered by agentic AI and other emerging technologies.”
“Enterprises want to differentiate with GenAI, move fast, and scale results across their businesses. However, many face a critical gap in the domain expertise and engineering skills necessary to achieve this differentiation at speed. They need a clear, validated roadmap to transition from proof of concept to full-scale production,” said Shub Bhowmick, CEO and Co-founder of Tredence.
In line with this expansion, Tredence announced in July its plans to increase its workforce in India from 2,500 to 4,000 employees by mid-2025, marking a 60% growth. This hiring initiative will support the company’s expansion in sectors such as banking and financial services (BFSI), healthcare and life sciences (HLS), and its entry into the Middle East market.
The company is also recruiting professionals in data science, data engineering, data analytics, MLOps, LLMOps, generative AI, and marketing analytics. Tredence has also introduced a generative AI upskilling program to equip its workforce with the skills required for upcoming AI projects.
