LTIMindtree, a technology consulting and digital solutions firm, has fortified its partnership with Currys, one of the UK’s largest technology retailers, through a transformative overhaul of its omnichannel retail experience.  

As part of the digital transformation, LTIMindtree implemented key solutions including the re-platforming of Currys’ website to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the launch of an in-store client app via Experience Cloud, and the deployment of Service Cloud to enhance post-sales support.

Since the partnership's inception in 2021, LTIMindtree and Currys have transformed the retailer’s integrated commerce and support ecosystem. By utilising Salesforce’s platform, Currys has enhanced customer experience, streamlined store operations, and improved employee satisfaction.  

On August 6, LTIMindtree secured a digital transformation deal with Germany-based Exyte. As part of the partnership, LTIMindtree will provide extensive IT modernisation services to the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm, aiming to improve business operations and boost efficiency across Exyte's diverse portfolio.

In July, LTIMindtree announced a multi-million-dollar contract extension with Absa Bank, a leading African financial services group. This extension builds on a 17-year partnership focused on digital transformation.

Under the renewed agreement, LTIMindtree will serve as a comprehensive IT solutions provider for Absa Bank, enhancing its digital infrastructure. The services will include advanced solutions in digital transformation, applied AI, cloud acceleration, data-driven decision-making, and core banking modernisation.
