Full stack solutions provider One Point One Solutions has won a major contract with a publicly listed Swedish company. Under the contract, One Point One will be executing three major development projects for its foreign partner.

The key projects include a customer specification application to streamline ticket management across departments, enabling seamless communication and creating a comprehensive knowledge repository; a payroll management platform for processing of payroll information;  User Experience App for Industrial Flow Heater.

Additionally, the business process management and technology solutions company has also won a deal from a US-based telehealth firm. The telehealth company provides a comprehensive platform that streamlines the telemedicine cycle, offering innovative services such as virtual consultations, instant test results, and easy tracking of lab assignments. This platform enhances accessibility and efficiency in patient care by facilitating better communication between healthcare professionals and patients. Under this contract, One Point One Solutions will deliver contact centre solutions and data verification services, further enhancing its healthcare portfolio.
