Freshworks appoints Shelton Rego as Vice President of Sales for India
 
Freshworks, the Chennai-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, has appointed Shelton Rego as its new Vice President of Sales for India. Rego will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening the company’s market presence, and expanding its customer base in the region. He brings extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, having previously served as the Country Head for Jio Cloud at Jio Platforms. Rego has also held key roles at Google Cloud, SAP Concur, and Oracle. (Read more)
 
STT GDC names Bimal Khandelwal as CEO  
 
ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC), a Singapore-based data centre colocation services provider, has appointed Bimal Khandelwal as the new CEO for STT GDC India, effective October 5. Khandelwal, who previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for STT GDC India, succeeds Sumit Mukhija, who has resigned to pursue personal interests after leading the company’s India operations since 2016. Tenable appoints Rajnish Gupta as Managing Director & Country Manager for India and SAARC
 
Cybersecurity firm Tenable has named Rajnish Gupta as its Managing Director for India and the SAARC region. Gupta will lead strategic initiatives, oversee regional operations, and drive the company’s growth in business and channel activities across the region. His appointment comes as Tenable continues to expand its cloud capabilities and exposure management platform, which helps organizations identify, assess, and address their cyber exposure vulnerabilities. Gupta holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from SJP Polytechnic, Bengaluru. (Read more)
 
ESDS appoints Jitendra Pathak as COO
 
Cloud and IT services provider ESDS Software Solution has appointed Jitendra Pathak as its COO. Pathak will lead strategic initiatives across operations, focusing on leveraging advanced artificial intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and cloud platform technologies to foster innovation and deliver significant value to customers. He will play a crucial role in driving transformational initiatives at ESDS, automating processes, and enhancing customer experience. Pathak will report directly to Piyush Somani, Founder, CMD, and CEO of ESDS Software Solution Ltd.
