Firstsource partners with Microsoft to offer AI-driven digital transformation services
RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group's business process management (BPM) services company, Firstsource Solutions Limited on Tuesday announced a collaboration with Microsoft to deliver digital transformation services to clients worldwide.
Under this new initiative, Firstsource said, the company will utilise Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI-Language to provide generative AI-powered solutions and business platforms that unlock the full potential of enterprise data.
Furthermore, the new initiative will provide a sophisticated multi-modal and multi-channel search experience, enhancing effectiveness and personalisation for businesses, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Our goal is to leverage this network to solve complex challenges for our customers, delivering solutions that are truly cutting-edge and transformative,” said Ritesh Idnani, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at Firstsource Solutions.
In other words, these technologies will enhance Firstsource’s service offerings, driving efficiency and innovation across various sectors, the company said in a statement.

This announcement builds on the recent launch of Firstsource's relAI, an AI-driven digital transformation suite that underscores the company's commitment to deep-tech innovation.
Firstsource, posted a consolidated decline of 5.6 per cent in net profit to ₹133.5 crore for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to ₹141.3 crore registered in the same period last year, despite higher sales.
In May, the company announced the acquisition of Quintessence Business Solutions & Services Private Limited (QBSS), an India-based leader in outsourced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services and a technology firm in health services.
