The new roles include semiconductor-based connectivity solutions provider Astera Labs has roped in former Synopsys executive to lead its newly opened India facility and additions in F5 and NatWest Group. Astera Labs appoints ex-Synopsys exececutive
Astera Labs, a leader in semiconductor-based connectivity solutions, has announced the opening of a new research and development (R&D) center in Bengaluru. The company has appointed Shivananda Koteshwar, former Vice President of the EDA Group in South Asia at Synopsys, as Managing Director of its India operations.
Sanjay Gajendra, President and Chief Operating Officer at Astera Labs, emphasized that Koteshwar’s expertise in the semiconductor industry will be crucial as the company scales its operations in India to meet the increasing demand for its Intelligent Connectivity Platform, essential for large-scale AI deployments in cloud environments. F5 Announces New Leadership Roles to Drive AI Innovation
Multicloud application security and delivery provider F5 has introduced several leadership appointments to strengthen its operational capabilities and accelerate its AI strategy. Kunal Anand has been named Chief Technology and AI Officer, marking F5’s commitment to expanding its AI initiatives.
Apart from this, former Executive Vice President of Global Services and Chief Strategy Officer Tom Fountain has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Fountain’s new role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, driving digital transformation, and overseeing Global Services to boost overall company productivity.
Chad Whalen, previously the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales, has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at F5. In his new role, Whalen will oversee the company's sales and marketing strategies, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth for F5’s software solutions. (Read more)
NatWest Group Appoints Ruchika Panesar to Head India GCC Operations
NatWest Group India has appointed Ruchika Panesar, a former executive at American Express, as the new Head of its India Global Capability Center (GCC) operations. Panesar, who previously served as Vice President and Global Head of Enterprise Communications and Marketing Technology, will assume her role on September 26, succeeding Punit Sood, who is retiring at the end of the month.
