Intellect Design Arena partners with Wipro to deliver IT solutions to banking and finance sectors

IT software products provider for financial services Intellect Design Arena has joined hands IT services provider Capgemini Wipro to leverage its eMACH.ai platform in delivering innovative IT solutions for the banking and financial services industry. This collaboration aims to help clients stay competitive and agile in a rapidly evolving market by utilising data and AI.

The eMACH.ai Cloud is a complete suite of products offering digital engagement, liquidity management, virtual accounts, and core banking solutions like payments and deposits. Tailored for Canadian financial institutions, these products help enhance digital experiences to exceed customer expectations and foster growth. The suite is currently in use by Canadian customers.

The partnership will focus on using the strengths of both companies to address the dynamic needs of the banking and finance sectors. Intellect Design Arena and Wipro will work together to identify and pursue new client opportunities. They will also offer comprehensive support services, including project management and cloud services. Additionally, Intellect Design Arena will provide specialised training to Wipro’s teams to ensure they can effectively implement and support these new solutions.

In May, Intellect Design Arena launched the Canada eMACH.ai Cloud for banks and credit unions, a suite of products including digital engagement, liquidity management, virtual accounts, and core banking solutions. These offerings are tailored to the needs of Canadian financial institutions, helping them enhance customer experiences, drive growth, and meet regulatory requirements.

In addition, Intellect Design Arena in the same month introduced a digital technology suite called Intellect Digital Core (IDC), designed for cooperative banks. This suite facilitates digital transformation by incorporating modern technologies to meet the demands of customers in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. The solution, built on the eMACH.ai open finance platform, helps banks streamline operations, manage loans, provide seamless access to account information, and ensure secure transactions.
