Zapcom Group appoints ex-Amazon exec as CTO

Digital transformation and product engineering services provider Zapcom Group has appointed Prasanth Nair as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With a career spanning over 24 years, Nair brings extensive experience from Fortune 50 companies and venture-backed startups, making him a significant addition to Zapcom's leadership team.

In his new role, Nair will oversee all engineering activities and resources at Zapcom. He has a distinguished career history, having led digital transformation initiatives, managed large-scale data migrations, and guided global teams to successful outcomes.

His leadership experience includes key roles at Amazon, Flipkart, Alibaba, Yahoo!, and ClearTax. Most recently, as Senior Vice President and Head of Engineering at Bizongo, Nair was pivotal in driving organizational growth, launching successful products, and strengthening the company’s technological and security infrastructure.

Nair holds a bachelor of engineering degree from University of Madras.
