IT services firm Tech Mahindra has partnered with autonomous security provider Horizon3.ai. Under the partnership, Tech Mahindra will integrate Horizon3.ai's NodeZero platform within its suite of cybersecurity services to deliver integrated threat detection, AI-powered pen testing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) insights.

The NodeZero autonomous penetration testing platform will be leveraged to uncover exploitable vulnerabilities and validate security measures across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid network infrastructures. The partnership will provide customers with the tools and expertise needed to safeguard their digital assets.

“This partnership enables us to extend the reach of NodeZero, providing more organizations with the ability to proactively identify and remediate exploitable vulnerabilities, while also strategically deploying deception and threat detection based on pentest results. And more importantly, enabling CIOs and CISOs to understand their security posture over time. Together, we are setting a new standard for security excellence worldwide,” said Snehal Antani, CEO, Horizon3.ai.

Tech Mahindra will offer customers real-time vulnerability assessments, enabling prompt identification and remediation of vulnerabilities, and real-world attack testing capability will simulate cyber attackers' tactics to assess security resilience.

The domestic cybersecurity market was valued at $6 billion in 2023. As per a Bessemer Venture Partners report released on Monday, 99% of Indian organisations are expected to increase their cyber budgets. Additionally, the new laws mandating stricter data protection and cybersecurity measures will further boost the demand for advanced cybersecurity solutions. Cyber insurance is a key part of building resilience and is set to grow to 50% year over year over the next 5 years to get to ~$800M by 2030, the report added.
