Infosys, ServiceNow expand AI collaboration to boost enterprise service delivery

Infosys, an IT service provider, has announced an expanded collaboration with ServiceNow, a US-based software firm, to offer end-to-end managed services.  

This partnership will use the AI capabilities of ServiceNow's Now Platform and Infosys's Enterprise Service Management Café (ESM Café) to drive business transformation. 

Infosys aims to accelerate the implementation of ServiceNow for enterprises like First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) by 30 to 40 percent, enabling quicker value realization. The collaboration will provide a suite of services, including licenses, services, and the implementation of the Infosys ESM Café, an AI-powered solution that is part of Infosys Cobalt. The ESM Café offers over 70 applications covering various ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
