Indian IT services company Infosys has collaborated with TDC Net, a Danish digital infrastructure and connectivity provider to transform it into a customer-centric technology firm by modernising IT infrastructure, enhancing customer experience, and optimising costs.

Infosys will leverage artificial intelligence (AI)-driven hyper-automation and industry-standard processes to standardize and simplify TDC Net's IT systems. This consolidation will streamline TDC Net's operations, improving business productivity by reducing the number of IT platforms.

Campbell Fraser, CTIO of TDC Net, said, "This collaboration will enable us to leverage industry-standard processes and platforms to create better customer experiences. Infosys' expertise in the telecommunications domain and its capabilities to drive end-to-end transformations gives us confidence in achieving our goals.”

Upendra Kohli, Executive Vice President – Communications, Media & Entertainment (Americas & Europe) at Infosys, said, "We are delighted to partner with TDC Net in their journey to become a customer-centric technology company. The collaboration will enable TDC Net to address the specific needs and wants of their customers."

In May, Infosys announced its collaboration with German lender Commerzbank and Murex, a provider of trading, risk management, and processing solutions for capital markets, to digitally transform the bank’s business processes and IT landscape, focusing primarily on its trading ecosystem.
