LTTS to deliver AI-based business transformation services with SymphonyAI

Digital engineering and R&D company L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has announced a partnership with SymphonyAI, a provider of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) services. This collaboration aims to boost enterprise operations globally by integrating AI-driven solutions through SymphonyAI's Apex Service Management platform and Apex Enterprise Copilot.

The partnership promises to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and create exceptional experiences for end users, analysts, and executives. Leveraging SymphonyAI's predictive and generative AI-based IT service management (ITSM) and enterprise service management (ESM) platforms, the solutions are designed to meet the evolving needs of modern enterprises.

The collaboration has already seen success with a joint customer in the media industry, deploying the AI-based Apex Service Management platform to support high-quality media experiences across linear, on-demand, and OTT services. This customer benefits from LTTS' expertise and the ease of adoption, low total cost of ownership (TCO), and seamless API-based integration offered by the Apex IT Service Management system. SymphonyAI’s platform enables responsive and efficient enterprise systems management, accelerating service delivery and reducing resolution times by up to 50% using GenAI.

On June 11, LTTS announced a partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad) to drive advancements in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Cellular Vehicle-to-Everything (CV2X) communication. This collaboration is poised to significantly impact the automotive industry by integrating cutting-edge technologies into these critical areas.

Earlier in March, LTTS launched a global initiative to expand the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across various industries. As part of this effort, the company plans to train 1,000 engineers over the next three years in generative AI, leveraging technology from Nvidia.
