Tredence expands India operations, aims for 4K employees by 2025
Tredence, a global data science and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions company, is planning to increase workforce from 2,500 to 4,000 by mid-2025 as a part of its India expansion move, marking a 60% rise.
The California-based company aims to strengthen its presence in banking and financial services (BFSI), healthcare and life sciences (HLS), and enter the Middle East market, it said in a statement.
The new hires will include roles in data science, data engineering, data analytics, MLOps, LLMOps, generative AI, and marketing analytics. Tredence is also recruiting for innovative roles in GenAI and has launched a GenAI upskilling program to prepare professionals for upcoming projects.
Tredence has also recently opened two new AI delivery centers in Pune and Kolkata and upgraded its facilities in Bengaluru and Chennai.
