Happiest Minds woos businesses with new AI-led managed services offering
Mid-sized IT solutions provider Happiest Minds Technologies Limited launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-led IT Managed Service offering, Happiest Minds’ WATCH360, on Tuesday, which is designed specifically to help enterprises better manage their IT environment.
The new solution provides organisations with reliable and affordable 24/7 IT infrastructure management. In an exchange filing, Happiest Minds’ said that powered by ELLIPSE, an AI-infused platform, Happiest Minds’ WATCH360 utilises machine learning for real-time insights and automation.
“This translates to enhanced IT efficiency, cost savings, and seamless service delivery, all backed by industry-leading SLAs and our experts, delivering services from our ISO 27001-certified centres. This approach will allow organisations to focus more on core businesses and strategic initiatives,” it said.

In May, Happiest Minds reported a nearly 25% increase in consolidated net profit at ₹71.98 crore for the quarter ended March 2024. The company clocked a profit of ₹57.66 crore in the year-ago period. Its revenue from operations for the reporting quarter stood at ₹417.29 crore, as against ₹377.98 crore in Q4FY23, translating into a 10.4 per cent rise.
Happiest Minds executive chairman Ashok Soota said the company is on track for its long-term vision of $1 billion in revenue in FY31, thanks to its new generative AI business unit and two successful acquisitions.
The writings are clearly on the wall as this year, it signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 100 per cent stake in the United States-based Aureus Tech Systems, for $8.5 million (approximately ₹71 crore). Aureus is a niche, Azure-native digital product engineering company focused on digital transformation through data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and application modernisation.
In April, it acquired PureSoftware Technologies for $94.5 million (₹784 crore) and Macmillan Learning India for ₹4.5 crore.
