LTIMindtree, Snowflake partner to boost enterprise AI adoption with Canvas.ai
LTIMindtree, an IT services provider, has introduced Canvas.ai, its new artificial intelligence (AI) platform, on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. This collaboration aims to create an ecosystem for enterprise AI deployment, turning AI-driven ideas into production-ready solutions.
As per the company, the integration enhances LTIMindtree’s AI capabilities, offering clients flexibility and accelerated development to harness AI's power. Canvas.ai combines customisability, scalability, and a user-friendly interface with Snowflake’s advanced features, enabling enterprises to quickly transform their applications.
Launched in June last year, Canvas.ai brings proactive governance and enterprise-grade models, such as Snowflake Arctic LLMs, to the table. It also includes FinOps features like rate limiting, token budgeting, and reporting, enhancing the efficiency of the LLMs from Snowflake Cortex AI. This includes access to leading LLMs like Mixtral, LLaMA 3, and Gemma. Canvas.ai’s navigator applications simplify AI deployment, allowing organisations to roll out solutions easily.
Ashish Varerkar, Vice President & Head, Canvas AI, LTIMindtree, said, “Leveraging foundations like Snowflake’s Cortex AI, along with supported LLMs and fine-tuning capabilities, we empower customers to select the right LLM models for their business use cases. Our core competencies include content moderation, outcome validation for LLM-based apps, and seamless orchestration of capabilities within organisations.”
With Canvas.ai, building LLM-based apps becomes remarkably easy for end users, harnessing the full potential of underlying capabilities, he added.
Rithesh Makkena, Global Partner SE Leader, Snowflake, said, “As Snowflake accelerates the AI journey for both our product and customers, we recognise a common concern: selecting the right model for specific business use cases. Canvas.ai helps address this challenge with customisable parameters, empowering users to make better-informed choices without excessive costs.”
