BLS International launches AI-powered HRMS system People Hub

BLS International, a global tech-enabled services partner for governments and citizens, has launched its new in-house HRMS solution, People Hub. Developed in collaboration with TexlaCulture, People Hub aims to streamline HR management into a completely paperless, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven process. 

The system, headquartered in Delhi, will manage operations across BLS offices in over 66 countries. It includes features such as face authentication and location access to secure data and prevent tampering. The software was built with legal compliances in mind for all operating countries, ensuring smooth and secure HR management for BLS' over 60,000 employees and associates. 

People Hub's AI-driven modules recommend training programs based on employee performance and feedback, supporting continuous skill development. The system is compatible with both Android and iOS, making it accessible to all employees regardless of location.

In July last year, BLS also integrated UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) Services into its digital platform. This integration offers access to over 500 e-governance services, ensuring widespread accessibility through agents or human-assisted platforms. The collaboration with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) provides a seamless channel for citizens in India and overseas to avail major state and central e-governance services in multiple regional languages.
